The upcoming film Bheemla Nayak which is being helmed by Saagar K Chandra is the Telugu adaptation of Malayalam hit Ayyappanum Koshiyum, which had Prithviraj Sukumaran and Biju Menon in the lead roles. The original film Ayyappanum Koshiyum revolved around the conflict between Koshy Kurien and Ayyappan Nair, a sub-inspector in Attappadi.
