Vijay Deverakonda of Arjun Reddy fame has become the most sought-after in Tollywood. Currently he is busy in his next upcoming film ‘Mahanati’, the biopic of legendary actress Savitri, which is progressing at brisk pace in the direction of Nag Ashwin. Keerthy Suresh is playing the titular role whereas Samantha Akkineni will be seen playing journalist.
Vijay Deverakonda shared a picture from the shooting location of ‘Mahanati’ on his social networking page and that picture will take us back to the 80s. He captioned it, “Ma office andi. Recreating the 1980s for #Mahanati.” The photo is that of an office where Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha work, a newspaper publication. According to the sources, Samantha and Vijay Deverakonda will be playing a couple in ‘Mahanati‘.
Apart from them, the film has other stars like Krish, Dulquer Salmaan, Shalini Pandey, Prakash Raj, Rajendra Prasad and Mohan Babu in crucial role. Mahanati will be released in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam simultaneously since Savitri has acted in most of the South Indian language
