It is known news that Balakrishna displayed his ugliest side as a politician recently. Addressing the gathering at the Dharma Porata Dheeksha in Vijayawada recently, Hindupur MLA and actor Nandamuri Balakrishna accused CM Narendra Modi of doing “Sikhandi” and “Kojja” politics. The actor slammed the Indian Prime Minister Modi for not according Special Category Status to Andhra Pradesh and claimed that the BJP will not win even one seat from the state in the upcoming general elections.
Transgender Tamanna Simhadri faulted Balayya for his calling ‘Sikhandi’ of epic Mahabharat as ‘Kojja’. Tamanna said, Balakrishna mentioning transgender as ‘Kojja’ is not acceptable as he is a descendent of the legendary Nandamuri family and son of the great NTR (Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao). She said, Balayya has insulted and belittled the entire transgender community being in a responsible position and also demanded him to apologise. She also said to protest in case if Balakrishna wouldn’t respond.
On the otherside, Tamanna rebuked on RGV about Pawan Kalyan Controversy. Referring to RGV’s comments of calling PK a paranoid diseased, Tamanna said, Jana Sena Chief and actor Pawan Kalyan never abused anyone’s mother so far and never used a girl for abusing someone else. She advised RGV to consult a psychiatrist as he himself is suffering from paranoid mental disorder. Tamanna called him a mad dog.
