Upasana about 11 years journey of Ram CharanUpasana Kamineni Konidela, opened up about  his husband and best friend Ram Charan’s 11 years journey in Film Industry. Ram Charan started his filmy career with Chirutha, which was directed by Puri Jagannadh, and the  movie was released on 28th September 2007. Today it has completed 11 years. On the occasion Upasana took to her Twitter and wrote, “Can’t believe it’s been 11yrs already. Feels like it was just yesterday that I started acting.Thank you for all the love and adoration.A big thank you to all my directors, producers & everyone that has been part of my journey. Humbled,blessed & honoured. Love u all!! #ramcharan.”

Neha Sharma played the love interest of Ram Charan in Chirutha, which was produced by C. Ashwini Dutt, under the banner of Vyjayanthi Movies. Chirutha completed 50 Days in 178 direct centres and 15 other shifted centres.  Ram Charan starrer completed 100 Days in 40 direct centres.

Ram Charan is the recipient of two Nandi Awards, two South Filmfare awards, two CineMAA Awards, and two Santosham Best Actor Awards. He is one of the highest-paid actors in Tollywood.

Ram Charan is not only an actor but also a producer. In 2016, he established his production house called Konidela Production Company and currently bankrolling his father and Megastar Chiranjeevi starrer Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, which is being directed by Surender Reddy and will be released next year. It is a big budget and multilingual drama.

 Ram Charan is also sharing the screen space with Kiara Advani in his next upcoming film RC 12 which is progressing at brisk pace in the direction of Boyapati Srinu. The film has recently wrapped up a schedule in Azerbaijan.

After wrapping up the shoot of Boyapati Srinu’s action entertainer, Ram Charan will start the shoot of his next film RRR, which will be directed by Baahubali film maker SS Rajamouli.
