Vaishnav Tej, the younger brother of Mega hero Sai Dharam Tej is making his debut with upcoming romantic film Uppena which is being heard by Buchi Babu Sana, who is director Sukumar’s protege. The entire shoot of Uppena has been wrapped up and currently the film is in the post production stages. The team of Uppena has already started the promotion activities. After impressing with promo of first song Nee Kannu Neeli Samudram, lyrical video of the song from Uppena has been unveiled by Koratala Siva.
The Song Nee Kannu Neeli Samudram is very soothing and romantic melody. The lyrics is penned by Shreemani. It has the music by Devi Sri Prasad. The song depicts the love story of Vaishnav Tej with Krithi Shetty.
The upcoming film Uppena also features Kollywood star Vijay Sethupathi as the main antagonist. While Panja Vaishnav Tej is playing the role of a fisherman named Aasi, the actress Krithi Shetty will be seen as the college student Sangeeta.
Vaishan Tej starrer Uppena is said to be a rustic love story and is made on a budget of Rs 20 crores and is bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers. The movie Uppena is slated to hit the theaters on 2nd April.
