Covid cases are increasing again in America. The reason for this is the newly emerged corona variant HV.1. It seems that the spread of this covid variant HV.1 is alarming.
According to the US Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the share of HV.1 variant is around 25.2 % in the cases of Covid that have come to light since October 28. Its share in the cases that came to light in July was 0.5 percent, but now it has increased to 12.5 percent. As a result,it became the fastest spreading variant in America.
HV.1 covid variant: “Covid viruses mutate. We already understand this. This HV.1 resembles omicron subvariants,” said Vanderbilt University Medical. Center Professor Dr. William Schaffner revealed that we can consider HV.1 as the grandson of Omicron.
