We have already reported that another South actress Keerthy Suresh is going to follow in their footsteps. Today it has been officially confirmed that she is entering Bollywood with Varun Dhawan.
Varun Dhawan, Keerthy Suresh, Wamiqa Gabbi have teamed up for the yet to be titled action drama VD18, which will be helmed by A Kaleeswaran and bankrolled by Murad Khetani. The shoot of this upcoming drama will commence very soon.
Atlee will act as a presenter for this film. His wife Priya Atlee will produce VD18. Wamiqa Gabbi, who is known for her performances in ‘Grahan’, ‘Mai’ and ‘Jubilee’ hopes the film will showcase her in a different light and have a significant impact on reaching the masses. Earlier during an interview, she said: The opportunity to work alongside Varun Dhawan and Keerthy Suresh and sharing screen space with them is something I am looking forward to, and that makes this project even more special. Varun Dhawan seems like a ball of energy and that’s my vibe, too.
In Tollywood, Keerthy Suresh was last seen playing the female lead in Nani starrer Dasara which was a super hit at the box office.
