Mega Prince Varun Tej is currently busy in the shoot of his next upcoming movie Valmiki, which is progressing at the brisk pace in the direction of Harish Shankar. According to the latest buzz in the film industry, Varun Tej has hiked his remuneration and now demanding Rs 6.5 cr for a movie.
Varun Tej was last seen in Anil Ravipudi’ directorial venture F2 Fun and Frustration, produced by Dil Raju, which was turned out blockbuster at the box office. After the successful movie of F2, Varun Tej has hiked his remuneration.
Varun Tej starrer Valmiki is being produced by Ram Achanta and Gopi Achanta under 14 Reels Plus banner. The film has the music by Sensational music composer Devi Sri and Ayananka Bose is the cinematographer.
Mega Prince Varun Tej will be seen playing the role of underworld don in Valmiki, the official remake of Jigarthanda. Harish Shankar adapted the story as per the sensibilities of Telugu audience. Atharva Murali will be seen playing the crucial role and upcoming film Valmiki starring Varun Tej and it marks his debut in Telugu cinema.
The sources say that Varun Tej has gone in for a complete makeover for Valmiki and he will be seen playing the role of a boxer.
