Mega Prince Varun Tej has delivered back to back hit movies this year. His comedy and romantic movie F2- Fun and Frustration was released during Sankranthi and was turned out commercially hit at the box office. Now according to the latest update, Varun Tej has tripled his remuneration. He used to charge around Rs 3 crore per film and for his recent offering Gaddalakonda Ganesh, he was paid Rs 6 Cr. Now the sources say that Varun Tej is quoting Rs 9 Cr per film, just triple of F2 remuneration.
Varun Tej, Atharvaa, Mirnalini Ravi and Pooja Hegde starrer Gaddalakonda Ganesh, directed by Harish Shankar, has turned out to be a decent money-spinner. Now it is being heard that after the release of Gaddalakonda Ganesh, Varun Tej has again hiked his remuneration and he is said to be quoting around Rs 8-10 crore per film.
Varun Tej entered the film industry when he was just ten years old as a child artist in Nagendra Babu’ film ‘Hands Up!’, which was released in 2002. He made his debut as a lead actor with political drama ‘Mukunda’, opposite Pooja Hegde in 2014.
Varun Tej is known to come out with new looks in every movie. He has acted in a different genre of movies. ‘Kanche’ was a war film, ‘Mister’ was an action romantic film, ‘Fidaa’ a romantic film, ‘Tholi Prema’ a rom-com and ‘Antariksham 9000 KMPH’ was a sci-fi adventure film.
