We have already reported that Power Star Pawan Kalyan is showing interest to act in a remake of Malayalam film Ayyappanum Koshiyum which had created the sensation across Malayalam and it is now being remade in several Indian languages. Sithara Entertainments acquired the Telugu remake rights of the film Ayyappanum Koshiyum. Now according to the latest update, Tholi Prema and Rang De fame Venky Atluri has been roped to helm Ayyappanum Koshiyum remake in which Pawan Kalyan will play the lead role.
An official announcement regarding Pawan Kalyan’ next project is expected to be made on 2nd September on the occasion of actor’ birthday. The makers are planning to approach Vijay Sethupathi to play the other lead role in Venky Atluri’ film Ayyappanum Koshiyum remake.
Currently Pawan Kalyan is working with Venu Sriram for a courtroom drama Vakeel Saab, the remake of Hindi film Pink. He also has a film with Krish which is a periodic drama but the shoot is not possible to take place because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Pawan Kalyan is keen on Ayyappanum Koshiyum remake before he starts Krish’ directorial venture.
