Venkatesh Daggubati and Akkineni Naga Chaitanya are working together for an upcoming multistarrer Venky Mama, which is progressing at the brisk pace. If ongoing buzz in media and film Industry are to be believed, the makers of Venky Mama are quoting a bomb for the film’s satellite rights. Reportedly, they are quoting Rs 13 cr to the channels. However, the satellite deal hasn’t been finalised. As the makers are quoting huge amount, no any buyer is ready to finalize the deal. The makers of Venky Mama are confident on the content of the film and they are expecting that the film will get a record offers from all areas for its theatrical rights.
Payal Rajput, who made her debut in Tollywood with Ajay Bhupathi’s RX 100, is on the board to play the love interest of Venkatesh Daggubati and Raashi Khanna will be seen romancing with Akkineni Naga Chaitanya is this upcoming film Venky Mama.
The uncle-nephew duo will be seen as an uncle and nephew in Venky Mama as well. Naga Chaitanya is essaying the role of a military soldier. Venky Mama is directed by KS Ravindra alias Bobby and is bankrolled by Suresh Productions whereas it has the music by Thaman. The romantic and comedy drama is partly set against a rural backdrop.
