Vignesh Shivn congratulates Nayantara for two awards

NayantaraVignesh Shivn congratulates Nayantara for two awards won two awards at the 10th Annual Vijay Awards 2018. She was chosen as the Best Actress and Favorite Heroine (voted by audiences) for her brilliant performance in Aramm . On this occasion Nayantara’s boyfriend and director Vignesh Shivn congratulated her.

Vijay award 2018, was held last night, 3rd June, at SDAT Indoor Stadium  in Chennai and was attended by many of the popular celebrities. Superstar Rajinikanth and versatile actor Kamal Haasan did not attend the event because of their busy schedule. The Vijay award event was hosted by Divyadharshini and Gobinath.

Dhanush and  young music composer Anirudh Ravichander , who have worked together for several movies, came together on stage to perform. Vijay starrer Mersal and R Madhavan & Vijay Sethupathi starrer Vikram Vedha won multiple awards. Aruvi took away the Best Film award, whereas Mersal grabbed most of the popular choice awards, voted by audiences.

Lady Superstar Nayantara took away both the Best Actress as well as the Favourite Heroine awards, while Vijay Sethupathi grabbed the Best Actor Award.

Nayantara, who won the best actress award for Gopi Nainar’s directorial venture Aramm was accompanied by boyfriend, director Vignesh Shivn.  This made her boyfriend, a happy man.

Later Vignesh Shivn shared a pic of him with Nayantara on microblogging page and captioned it, “With my award and all her awards:) (( Mind voice : Namma eppo ipdi award ahhh vaangi indha pulla kitta kudukaporomoo)).” It is speculated in the film industry that Nayantara and Vignesh Shivn will tie the knot very soon.

Recently,  a song Kalyana Vayasu from  Nayantara starrer upcoming film Kolamavu Kokila, went viral on social media.  The song has crossed 10 million views on YouTube. Apart from Nayantara, the film has other stars like  Yogi Babu, Saranya Ponvannan and Aranthangi Nisha in supporting roles. Vignesh Shivn also expressed his love for Nayantara by sharing the same song, he attached an Instagram link that opened onto a picture of them hiding under caps bearing their initials.

On the workside, Nayantara will also be seen in Imaikkaa Nodigal, Kolaiyuthir Kaalam and Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, which are in different production stages.
