Another actor has jumped into the multiplex business and he is none other than young and happening actor Vijay Deverakonda! After Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu joined hands with Asian Cinemas to enter this arena few years ago, it is now Vijay Deverakonda’ turn to do the same. Asian Cinemas has many multiplexes in Telangana states, but is still looking to expand. Now according to the latest update, Vijay Deverakonda has now set up a multiplex in Mahbubnagar, his home town.
Arjun Reddy fame Vijay Deverakonda’ multiplex is named AVD Cinemas and the multiplex is a joint venture between Vijay Deverakonda and Asian Cinemas.
Vijay Deverakonda’ AVD Cinemas will be inaugurated with the screening of Power Star Pawan Kalyan and Shruti Haasan starrer upcoming film Vakeel Saab which is helmed by Venu Sriram, on 9th April.
According to a source, after the Mahabubnagar venture, Geetha Govindam star is keen to start a multiplex in Hyderabad city.
On the work front, Vijay Deverakonda is currently romancing with Ananya Pandey in action and romantic movie Liger, which is progressing at the brisk pace under the direction of Temper and iSmart Shankar fame Puri Jagannadh. It’s Hindi version is produced by Baahubali distributor, Karan Johar and Telugu version is jointly backed by Puri Jagannadh and Charmee.
