If ongoing buzz in the media and the film industry are to be believed, Vijay Deverakonda will next be working with director Aditya Chopra on the remake of his blockbuster romantic drama Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge- DDLJ in which Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol played the lead role and it was released in 1995. The reports are coming that Bollywood bigwigs want to work with Vijay Deverakonda even after his last film Liger, helmed by Puri Jagannadh couldn’t bring in numbers, as they believe the actor has immense potential.

The young sensation of Tollywood- Vijay Deverakonda choked back his tears at the most recently held South Indian International Movie Awards 2022, where he indirectly addressed the failure of his sport based drama, Liger, which introduced him to Bollywood. World Famous Lover fame star said, “I promise to you that great cinema will be made.”
Recently during an interview, Vijay spoke at length about how he dealt with the failure and all the criticism that came along his way after the film Liger bombed at the box office. He said, “I promise that I will get the job done for all of you, and you will be entertained. And great movie will be made.”
