The young and talented actor Vijay Deverakonda, who is called as the Emraan Hashmi of Telugu Film Industry, for doing lip-lock scenes in his last few films, has finally locked his lips once again in his upcoming film World Famous lover. Yesterday the makers of World famous Lover unveiled the teaser where Vijay Deverakonda was seen locking his lips with Raashi Khanna.
Vijay Deverakonda is popular for lip-locks in ‘Arjun Reddy’, ‘Geetha Govindam’ and ‘Dear Comrade’. It has come to the stage that lip-locks have become mandatory in his movies. Last year in the month of May, Raashi Khanna gave a hint about her lip lock with Vijay Deverakonda in World Famous Lover. During an interview, when interviewer asked her who would she like to do a lip lock scene if she was Vijay Deverakonda and her instant response was “may be next actress.”
Vijay Deverakonda had smooch scenes with Shalini Pandey in his blockbuster Arjun Reddy, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. VD’ kissing scenes with Rashmika Mandanna in Geetha Govindam became sensation among youths. he did same in Dear Comrade and now Vijay Deverakonda was seen locking lips with Raashi Khanna in World Famous Lover teaser.
Raashi Khanna is playing Yamini whereas Vijay Deverakonda is playing Gautham in World Famous Lover, directed by Kranthi Madhav.
Recently Raashi Khanna revealed that she’s dubbing for the first time in Telugu for World Famous Lover. Raashi added, “I am so glad that Kranthi Madhav chose me for this role in his directorial venture. When I read the script, I had tears in my eyes, and that happens quite rarely. I try to detach myself from the characters I have to play but certain characters get into your skin. You relate to some roles on a personal level. I guess it was quite evident on my face because my brother once asked me if I was alright.”
