It is a known fact that the Tollywood director is making a movie titled Varisu with the star actor Vijay. Today, the makers have announced an interesting update on the film. The makers of Varisu have decided to release the Varisu First Single promo today evening and it will be out at 6:30 pm. The upcoming action drama is directed by Vamshi Paidipally who wrote it with Hari and Ashishor Solomon. Funded by Dil Raju and Sirish under Sri Venkateswara Creations, the film stars Rashmika Mandanna as the leading lady.
Today, the official Twitter handle of Sri Venkateswara Creations shared a new poster featuring the sillhouette of Thalapathy Vijay. Their post read, “The much-awaited #VarisuFirstSingle promo is releasing Today at 6:30 PM! Stay Tuned nanba #Varisu #VarisuPongal.”
The movie will simultaneously release in Telugu as Vaarasudu. Apart from the lead actors, the movie also has Khusbhu, Sarathkumar, Jayasudha, Meena, Srikanth, Yogi Babu and others in pivotal roles.
Vijay and Rashmika Mandanna starrer will hit screens worldwide in the second week of January 2023. This movie is clashing with Chiranjeevi‘s Waltair Veerayya and Balakrishna’s film Veera Simha Reddy. Despite this, there’s a buzz for Vaarasudu in Telugu states as Vijay has given successful films here in the dubbed version. Even Dil Raju is confident of the film’s success and has quoted a huge sum for the film theatrical rights.
