AB de Villiers, Virat Kohli’s companion has issued a statement of sudden that the proficient batter and his better half Anushka Sharma are expecting their second child, in the midst of suspicions over Kohli’s resurgence to the side for the remainder of the Test series against England. It is also claimed that Kohli had stepped down from the India squad for the first two Tests against England due to this rationale.
But there is no clarity if Kohli will participate in the remainder of the series. Villiers said, “Yes, his second child is on the way. Yes, it’s family time and things are of concern to Kohli. If you are false and not genuine to yourself, you lose track of what you are here for. I think most people’s prime concern is family. You can’t judge Kohli for that. Yes, we miss him, but he has decided correctly.”
Starting in Rajkot from the 15th of this month, India is yet to reveal their squad for the third Test. Kohli might not take part in third and fourth Tests too, according to reports.
