Tamil star Vishal said that he has no faith in awards. He bluntly decided that if the awards come, he will throw them in the trash. Directed by Adhik Ravichandran, Vishal’s film ‘Mark Antony’ will release on 15th of this month.
As a part of promotional activities, he attended a program in Chennai and gave an interesting answer to the question asked by the media representatives about the national awards. “I don’t believe in the awards at all. The real award is given by all the people together. With the blessings of the audience, he has been standing in the industry for many years and acting in films. Actually that is the biggest award for me. Even if I get awards for the films I have acted in, they will be thrown in the trash.
Abhimanyudu fame Vishal also responded on his entry into politics. “Anything can happen in life. Radharavi, who was once the General Secretary of the Actors’ Association, asked me several times to join the association. I joined after that. For some time, he contested the elections in the same association and won as the general secretary. Similarly anything can happen in future. What is not in our hands?”
