This year 2022 started on a grim note after the Health Ministry declared the third Covid wave has arrived. Few days ago, Mahesh Babu announced that he has tested positive for the novel Coronavirus. Recently Mohan Babu’s actress-daughter Lakshmi Manchu also joined the list of celebrities who were diagnosed with the deadly virus.
Various celebrities from the television industry also revealed their Covid status. Apart from that, singer Sonu Nigam, Prem Chopra and his wife, Swara Bhasker, Trisha Krishnan, Sathyaraj, Thaman, Nithiin wife Shalini, Sumina Chakravarti and Drashti Dhami, too, tested positive. Now the name of Tamil actor Vishnu Vishal has also been added in this list. Vishnu Vishal has tested +ive for the novel coronavirus. He complained of severe body pain, itchy throat, mild fever and nose block.
Today Vishnu Vishal said that he had started 2022 with a +ive result. He said, “Guys, Yes, I am Covid positive. Anyone who came in contact with me in the last one week please take care. Horrific body pains and nose block, itchy throat and also mild fever. Looking forward to bounce back soon.”
The third wave of Covid seems to have hit the Tamil and Telugu film industry hard. It has not only altered movie release schedules but has also put celebrities out of action.
