Power Star of Telugu Film Industry, Pawan Kalyan is making his comeback in Tollywood with the courtroom drama Vakeel Saab which is a remake of Bollywood movie Pink in which Gabbar Singh star will reprise Amitabh Bachchan’s role from the original and Sriram Venu is helming the megaphone for this remake.
Though Vakeel Saab is already on the floors, Pawan Kalyan has signed a project with director Krish Jagarlamudi. On the occasion of Pawan Kalyan’s 49th birthday, the makers also released the pre-look poster of the film that indicated that the film would be a period drama set in the pre-independence era.
Apparently a Visual Effects supervisor named Ben Lock, a popular Hollywood technician who worked on movies like Ready Player One and Starwars Episode VII, has been roped in Pawan Kalyan and Krish’ project to handle the VFX work. Ben Lock is said to have come to Hyderabad back in the month of March when Pawan Kalyan and Krish worked on the first schedule of the film.
According to sources, Krish’ plan is to make a pan Indian project. Since Krish is popular in Hindi film Industry, he convinced Pawan Kalyan and the producer with the idea of making this movie in multiple languages including Hindi.
