According to the latest buzz in the film industry, the noted filmmaker VV Vinayak is contemplating to build a film studio on his farmland. It is known the news that in the month of June, this year, GHMC had demolished the newly constructed house of VV Vinayak at Vattinagulapally, in Hyderabad. Reports stated that the officials had sent a couple of notices that the construction is violating the G.O. 111. VV Vinayak had permissions to only construct a two-storeyed building but he went on to build a six-storeyed building without the required approval. He also never replied to the notices sent to him by the officials. According to the latest buzz in the film industry and media circle, the director VV Vinayak bought almost 30-acres farmland in Moinabad which he turned into a plain ground recently and he is planning to build a studio there.

Everyone is aware that Megastar Chiranjeevi is using his Kokapet land for building the film sets of his movies and now VV Vinayak is also planning to use his land for commercial purposes and has decided to build a studio. Few are also saying that VV Vinayak is building a resort, not the film studio.

On the professional front, VV Vinayak is making his acting debut with an upcoming flick Seenayya. The makers have already released the first look poster of Seenayya, which received a decent response by the movie lovers. He will play a middle-aged person’s role in this flick. The first look poster of the film hinted that he is playing a mechanic in the film.

N Narasimha Rao who has previously helmed the 2018 supernatural thriller ‘Sharabha’ is directing the film of VV Vinayak starrer. Vinayak has already achieved the right body shape for his age after working hard in the gym under a trainer.
