Arundhati, Rudhramadevi, Size Zero and Baahubali series (Baahubali:The Beginning & Baahubali 2:The Conclusion) , Anushka Shetty aka Sweety – A filmography is peppered with strong performances. Now the beautiful actress is coming up with horror thriller drama ‘ Bhaagamathie’, which is gearing up for grand release on 26th January 2018 on the eve of Republic Day. As soon as the trailer of G. Ashok’s directorial venture Bhaagamathie hit the internet, people drew parallels with Baahubali, Rudramadevi and Arundhati. But Anushka has denied that Bhaagamathie is similar to any of her films. According to her, Bhaagamathie will not have any shades of any of Baahubali 2, Anundhati or any other of her previous works.
Anushka’s Bhaagamathie Adda and Bhaagamathie bungalow have become the talking point in social media. The art director Ravinder who worked for various hit movies like Chatrapathi, Magadheera, Eega, Maryada Ramanna, Attarintiki Daaredi, S/O Satyamurthy, DJ aka Duvvada Jagannadham etc, built Bhaagamathie bungalow in 28,000 square feet area with the help of 200 workers and it took nearly 29 days. The producers spent Rs.3 Cr for the bungalow set. The two floor building has 12 rooms. Photo frames of rulers of 10 ft height weighing 3 kgs each will be seen hanging to the walls. The building also has lift facility but it is used with the help of workers by pulling ropes.
Recently during the media interaction, Ravinder said, “The director asked me to design a 500 year old bungalow that was actually constructed as part of the story by a king to gift his wife. We drew many sketches and at last erected a huge set for the movie. Ram Charan, Stylish Star Allu Arjun, Sai Dharam Tej, Sukumar, VV Vinayak and others paid a special visit to Bhaagamathie Sets and appreciated the hard work of my team.”
