Yuvraj Singh’s Bizarre dismissal in Global T20
Though the star batsman and skipper, Yuvraj Singh has declared the retirement to international cricket and IPL, currently, he is leading the Toronto Nationals in the second edition of Global T20 Canada. This skipper has the unforgettable debut match in the T20 league. The reason behind him of having such a remembering match is because he had the severe lower back pain and got dismissed bizarrely at the CAA Centre in Brampton.
As soon as Vancouver Knights captain Chris Gayle won the toss, he opted Toronto Nationals to bat. Batsman Brendon was out early whereas, opener Rodrigo Thomas made the score of 41. On the other hand, Yuvraj who went to bat at the fourth position was struggling to middle the ball and faced about 27 deliveries and scored 14 runs. Bowler Rizwan Cheema took the Yuvraj’s wicket as he nicked the ball and the keeper failed to catch it but the ball got deflected back to stumps. Yuvraj chose to walkout even before the umpire’s decision.
