Recently she was seen in movie Hum Bhi Akele Tum Bhi Akele, in which Zareen Khan played the role of homos*xual woman.
During the media interaction, Zareen Khan talked about her homos*xual character in Hum Bhi Akele Tum Bhi Akele.
This was the first time Veera fame Zareen Khan was seen playing a lesbian on screen. When she was asked: Did she have any inhibitions portraying the character at first? To which Wajah Tum Ho fame actress Zareen Khan replied, “It was not really difficult I would say. As for body language, I have been a tomboy all my life. So that trait, which I was always said to the correct, helped me here in the movie Hum Bhi Akele Tum Bhi Akele.
The thought occurred to me, because I am not a homos*xual, that I shouldn’t end up doing something unknowingly, saying or portraying something that might offend the LGBTQ community. Then I thought to myself that it is all about portraying emotion of that love. And that emotion is felt the same way how a straight person would feel it, because the emotions are the same.”
