Zayn Malik :The British-Pakistani singer to tour IndiaZayn Malik – The British-Pakistani singer is coming to India for a multi-city tour in August and he will travel to about four different cities across India. Vishal Pandey, Chief Operating Officer, JPR Events confirmed the news as he said, “ Zayn Malik will kick-start the tour from Mumbai on 3rd August  and then he will head to other cities like Kolkata, Hyderabad and Delhi. We are  also planning to organise his concert in Nepal too.”

In 2010,  Zayn Malik auditioned in Manchester for the seventh series of reality-television competition The X Factor. He crooned, “Let Me Love You” by Mario as his audition song and was accepted into the next round.  His first solo single Pillowtalk was released in 2016.  Zayn Malik is popular for hits like Little things, What Makes You Beautiful, Live While We’re Young are part of his stint with One Direction. He is the recipient of several accolades, including an American Music Award, Billboard Music Award and MTV Video Music Award.

Sunil Hamal,  the director of JPR events, and  Apar Mathur, the owner of Blot Canvas PR, which are organising the tour of Zayn Malik said, “I was trying to get One Direction (to perform in India) but they did not have dates.”

Zayn Malik was also in news headlines when he crooned the cover versions of Kailash Kher’s popular Sufi songs, Teri Deewani and Allah Ke Bande. He also shared the videos of him singing the said songs on his Instagram page.  Zayn has also worked for Bollywood. Earlier this year, he recorded his first song for a Bollywood movie and he has  also worked with music maestro AR Rahman on one song.

Recently,  the former One Direction singer Zayn Malik was also in news for his break-up with supermodel Gigi Hadid.  His latest song Entertainer was released in May via RCA Records.
