A boy’s dead body created a commotion at the BJP MP’s residence in Assam. Officials revealed that the boy is the son of a woman who works in the MP’s house.
The police found the dead body of a 10-year-old boy at the residence of BJP MP Rajdeep Roy in Assam, creating a stir locally. Police suspect that the boy committed suicide.
BJP MP Rajdeep Roy resides in Silchar, Assam. A woman is working in his house for the last two and a half years. She has two children. The boy is 10 years old. All of them are staying on the first floor of Rajdeep Roy’s residence.
On Saturday afternoon, the woman and her children had lunch together. After that the woman went out with her daughter. Before going, the boy asked for the phone, she gave it. On returning home after a few hours, the maid found the room locked from inside. The locals were immediately alerted. When the police received the information, they reached the spot. The body of the boy with a cloth wrapped around his neck was recovered and taken to the hospital for post-mortem.
The police suspect that the boy committed suicide. A case has been registered and investigation has been started. Meanwhile, BJP MP Rajdeep Roy was not at home at the time of the incident.
