It is known that the Center has warned that there is a possibility of an increase in Corona cases across the country. But the number of cases is increasing in Telangana too. The Health Department said that four corona cases were registered in Telangana State on Tuesday.
On Tuesday, a total of 402 people were tested for Covid. Four positive cases have been reported. It has been announced that currently 9 people are receiving corona treatment in the state. However, the government is going to increase the number of corona tests again from today.
The Center has alerted all the states in the wake of the emergence of a new variant of Corona, JN-1 in the country. So all the states are on alert. Many guidelines have already been released. In view of the increasing number of corona cases, medical officials have prepared a special ward with 50 beds in Secunderabad Gandhi Hospital. An isolation ward with 50 beds has been set up behind the casualty ward and another isolation ward with 20 beds specially for women has been set up near the maternity ward.
Health Minister Damodara Rajanarsimha conducted a review on the Corona situation on Tuesday. He inquired about the current situation in the state. He directed to prepare a special plan to deal with the situation based on the past experience.
