Telangana Medical and Health Department has been alerted by new variant cases of Corona. Gandhi Hospital, which is the nodal center for Corona treatment, has made special arrangements for Covid cases.
Special arrangements have been made at Gandhi Hospital as the new variant surges. Superintendent of Gandhi Hospital Dr. Raja Rao said that they are ready to provide treatment whenever patients come.
30 beds are reserved for general patients and 20 more for pregnant women. He said that no new variant cases have come out so far.
The new variant has symptoms of fever, runny nose, sore throat and headache. Some people will have difficulty in breathing. If the cases increase, the authorities are preparing to conduct tests again.
A new variant of Corona is booming in the country. The number of covid cases is increasing again. In the past 24 hours, 260 new cases have been registered across the country,five people have died. Four people have died in the state of Kerala alone, one person has died in Uttar Pradesh. A new variant of corona JN1 has emerged in Kerala.
In the wake of the increase in corona cases, the central government has advised the states to be alert.
