Bollywood actor Asif Basra has ended his life by committing suicide. According to the latest reports, Asif Basra was found hanging in McLodganj in Dharamshala, near a cafe located on FC Gibada Road on Thursday. The reason why the actor took this drastic step is is not known but the Hindi industry is shocked by this development. Asif Basra started his career in the year 1998 and has acted in several Hindi films.
Asif is known for his work in films like Ek Villain, Kai Po Che. He acted in Anurag Kashyap’ Black Friday and Rahul Dholakia’ Parzania. He also appeared in Michael O.
Asif Basra had also starred in several plays in India and abroad, performing in Hindi, English and Urdu theatre productions.
He was born in Maharashtra‘s Amravati in the year 1967. He moved to Mumbai in 1989 to test his luck in acting field.
The sources say that Asif Basra had been living in a rented house in McLeodganj for the last five years. Basra also had a foreign girlfriend living with him.
