Former IAS officer Ajeya Kallam has made sensational comments that the CBI has changed the statement he gave in the murder case of former minister YS Vivekananda Reddy. CBI recorded his statement on April 29, 2023. He criticized that if what he said is one thing, what the CBI has mentioned in the charge sheet is another.
Ajeya Kallam gave a big twist in Viveka’s murder case. He filed a writ petition in Telangana High Court today. Ajeya Kallam said that the CBI’s statement on Viveka’s murder case is all lies. He said that on April 29, 2023, the CBI recorded a statement from him. Ajayakallam revealed in the petition that if he said one thing, the CBI changed it and mentioned something else in the charge sheet. He asked that the investigation should be carried out without discrimination and bias.
He said that during the recording of his statement he explained to the CBI what happened on the day of Viveka’s murder. Ajayakallam said that on the morning of March 15, 2019, a meeting on the manifesto started at Jagan’s residence,An attendant came and knocked on the door one and a half hours after the meeting started. OSD Krishnamohan Reddy then went out and came back and said something to Jagan. He said that he told the same thing to the CBI and nothing else.
He said that he did not bring up the mention of Jagan’s wife Bharti or other issues in the CBI investigation. He said that what he did not say is in the CBI charge sheet and the CBI called everything a lie. CBI is accused of misleading the investigation. Ajeya Kallam filed a petition in the High Court seeking to dismiss the points mentioned in his statement.
