Akhil Akkineni’s upcoming movie Agent has been in making since a long time and now, it is readied for its theatrical release. We have already heard that the film would be a releasing in theatres during Pongal 2023, along with other biggies like Chiranjeevi’s Waltair Veeraiah and Balakrishna’s Veera Simha Reddy.
Now, the makers of Agent have pushed its release to Maha Shivaratri, which fell on February 16, this year. With this, Akhil avoided a big clash with Chiru snd Balayya and he is permanently out of Sankranti race. After Adipurush, this is the film which got delayed from Pongal duration.
Sakshi Vaidya plays the love interest of Akhil. Billed to be a spy action thriller, Agent is directed by Surender Reddy, and the film has the Malayalam star actor Mammootty in a titular role. It is produced under AK Entertainments and Surender 2 Cinemas banners. Hiphop Tanisha provided music for it.
