ANR used to be very young and energetic and play hero roles very actively even when he was 60+. Akkineni Nagarjuna’s fitness secret is believed to be his right menu and proper work out to stay slim and young. Known to be a fitness freak, King Nagarjuna once said, “ it is my fitness which helps me stay current with things in movies and lead a happy life.” Finally Akhil Akkineni, has revealed the fitness secret of his father.
Akhil took to his Instagram and revealed Nagarjuna’s weight training routine, which also surprised Samantha Akkineni. Akhil wrote on his Twitter, “When you walk in to the gym and see your fathers work out chart. Demoralised before I even started my work out. time for some fire #fitnessgoals.”
Nagarjuna has a balanced diet which is said to comprise of right mix of protein, carbohydrates and fat.
On the work-side currently Nagarjuna is waiting for the release of his next upcoming multistarrer Devadas in which he will be seen playing a gangster. Natural Star Nani is also playing the lead role and will make his screen presence as doctor. Devadas is directed by Sriram Adittya and is scheduled to hit the theaters on 27th September. As Nagarjuna’s previous offering Officer, the directorial venture of Ram Gopal Varma was bombed at the box office, he is pinning lot of hopes on Devadas.
On the otherside, Akkineni Akhil is working with Venky Atluri for his next upcoming untitled film Akhil3, which is tentatively titled as Mr Majnu in which Nidhhi Agerwal is playing the female lead.
