Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar starrer Selfiee was released last Friday. Akshay Kumar had high hopes for this film but the movie is turning out flop at the box office as the collections of the film is not up to the mark. Akshay Kumar’comments during an earlier interview are now going viral. Akshay, who recently spoke during the promotions of Selfie, mentioned about his films flopping.
B Town top star Akshay Kumar said that he had gone through a similar phase earlier in his career when he had 16 consecutive flops. He said that once again 8 movies did not perform as expected. He explained that it was his fault that the movie was not a hit, the audience’s taste had changed and they wanted something new. He added, “If the audience does not appreciate the film, we should understand that they are expecting new stories from me.”
Akshay Kumar said that this applies to everyone, not only in the film industry. He said that there may not always be profits in business. He said that a cricketer cannot score a century in every innings. If the film doesn’t become a hit, don’t blame the audience, it’s 100 percent his fault.
