 The versatile actor  Prakash Raj said that if Tollywood does not respect the Telugu actors who have won the National Award, how will the people from other industries respect them? Prakash Raj made interesting comments at an event organized by Mythri Movie Makers to honor the National Award winners.

Prakash Raj said that he got the National Award 25 years ago for the movie Anthapuram, but then none of the Tollywood bigwigs paid attention to him. Tollywood’s top production company Mythri Movie Makers recently honored Allu Arjun and National Award winning Telugu film celebrities. Prakash Raj’s comments during this ceremony became a hot topic in Tollywood.

Prakash Raj said that Allu Arjun’s National Award is a pride for all Telugu people. Prakash Raj mentioned why Telugu heroes and industry leaders do not meet for such honor ceremonies. He said that when awards come, they forget to appreciate each other. Prakash Raj said that if we do not respect ourselves at home, how will others respect us.

Prakash Raj said that he has been staying away from film festivals for many days because he could not bear such discrimination, but he came immediately when Mythri movie makers told him about this award show. He said that it was painful for the seniors to stay away from this ceremony. On the other hand, Prakash Raj said that he felt happy to see young directors coming.

 Prakash Raj also said that Allu Arjun had become an inspiration for today’s youth with the National Award.
