Former Minister Anil Kumar has challenged TDP National General Secretary Lokesh that if he is defeated in the next assembly elections, he will quit politics. Anil Kumar spoke to the media in Nellore on Friday. He asked whether Nara Lokesh has the guts to defeat him in the next election. He challenged Nara Lokesh to compete against him in Nellore and win. He asked why Lokesh was not accepting his challenge. Former Minister Anil Kumar said that he is talking in a roundabout way without directly responding to his challenge. Former minister Anil Kumar said that someone should contest against him to prevent him from entering the assembly in the next assembly elections. He said that if he loses in the next election, he will quit politics. Former Minister Anil Kumar said that Lokesh should respond to his challenge.
Anil Kumar also took a dig at Telugu Desam Party TDP leaders who served as ministers are following Nara Lokesh, who has no stature. Reacting to the announcement of TDP candidate from Nellore Rural, Anil said that TDP is scared of him and has announced Narayana as candidate.
