Animal Box office Collections: Animal starring Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna has hit the theaters today on 1st December and received the positive response by the movie lovers and the critics on its release day. Animal has shown remarkable performance in domestic and international markets alike. The actioner also has Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol in the important roles and it was one of the most-anticipated movies of the year. According to the makers, Animal is creating many records in Canada in addition to being the highest grossing Indian film. It is the only Indian film that grossed $500K in a single theater.
The movie revolves around the troubled relationship between Ranbir Kapoor’s Ranvijay Singh and his father Balbir Singh, played by Anil Kapoor. Bobby Deol, who plays the role of antagonist Abrar Haque in Animal. The movie is under scrutiny for its portrayal of extreme violence and has been criticized for promoting “toxic masculinity” and “misogyny”, similar to Sandeep Reddy Vanga’ previous work Kabir Singh.
