According to the traders report, Animal has crossed $11.5 million in USA.

The movie revolves around the troubled relationship between Ranbir Kapoor’s Ranvijay Singh and his father Balbir Singh, essayed by Anil Kapoor. Bobby Deol, who plays the role of antagonist Abrar Haque in Animal. The movie is under scrutiny for its portrayal of extreme violence and has been criticized for promoting “toxic masculinity” and “misogyny”, similar to Sandeep Reddy Vanga’ previous work Kabir Singh.
