A major development ahead of the upcoming assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh, TDP Chief N Chandrababu Naidu and Jana sena chief Pawan Kalyan announced their first joint list of 118 candidates on Saturday.
Chandrababu and Pawan kalyan said the seat allocation had been done keeping in mind the need to accommodate BJP in case the saffron party decides to join the alliance. Telugu Desam Party candidates are going to contest from 94 constituencies. Jana Sena Party candidates are going to contest from 24 seats, as per the first list. Out of 94 on TDP’ list, 23 newcomers have been entrusted with responsibility to contest.
Pawan Kalyan’ Jana Sena is set to contest in 24 assembly seats and 3 Parliamentary seats.
Telugu Desam Party sources said currently discussions were underway with the BJP for a possible pre-poll alliance.
Jana sena has released only the names of 5 candidates out of 24 candidates. Pawan Kalyan said that the remaining list of candidates would be announced soon.

Kakinada Rural – Pantham Nanaji
Anakapalli – Konathala Ramakrishna
