AP Cabinet meeting will be held today under the chairmanship of CM Jagan. A meeting of the Council of Ministers will be held under the chairmanship of CM Jagan at 11 am in the background of assembly meetings from tomorrow.
The CM will give direction to the ministers on the strategies to be followed in the legislative session which will start from Thursday.
Since the meetings are being held after the arrest of Opposition leader Chandrababu in the skill development case, there are opportunities to discuss the strategies to be followed in the council of ministers.
The government is preparing to show TDP president Chandrababu Naidu as an accused in more cases. Cases are being filed in fiber net, inner ring road, attack on police in Angallu and other incidents. These issues will be discussed in the cabinet.
The reports are coming that Jagan himself can explain the antecedents of the skill development case to the ministers in the cabinet. It is said that the issue of arresting Babu and Lokesh in other cases can be discussed. The state cabinet will approve the bills to be introduced for the approval of the assembly. YCP leaders are already saying that the special sessions of the assembly will be held for five days. The TDP leaders are expecting that the meetings will be held to explain the arrest of Chandrababu Naidu and the scams that happened during the previous government. On the other hand, TDP has not yet taken any decision regarding attending assembly meetings.
As Chandrababu is in jail, Lokesh is visiting Delhi. There is suspense over whether TDP members will attend the assembly meetings or not.
