AP BJP president Purandeswari was targeted by CM Jagan. In the four and a half years of coming to power, Jagan, who never approached the BJP leaders, criticized Purandeshwari’s behavior in Macharlo.

A war has been going on between AP BJP president Purandeswari and YCP MP Vijayasai Reddy for years. Purandeshwari has been criticizing CM Jagan and Sai Reddy for some time now. They are denouncing the government’s failures and corruption.

A war of words is going on between Vijayasai Reddy and Purandeshwari. On Wednesday, Jagan criticized Purandeshwari’s behavior in the Macherla Sabha. “Jagan was angry that Chandrababu has a group to support those who cheated the people. Jagan accused that there is a group, media and gang of thieves to support Chandrababu all the time.”

CM Jagan said that the coverts are doing politics for the poor in the state, they are doing politics like a gang of thieves to rob the people and share the loot. YCP suspects that Purandeswari is trying to mediate between BJP and TDP by interceding on behalf of Chandrababu.

In this context, Jagan’s comments targeting Purandeswari became a political topic of discussion. Ever since Jagan came to power, he has maintained closeness with the BJP at the Centre. No matter who is the president of AP BJP, no matter what kind of political criticism is made, there is no counter from YCP. They are the ones who ignore BJP’s criticism.

The situation changed after Purandeswari took over the reins of AP BJP. Purandeshwari considered YCP as a political opponent. Recently, she criticized YCP while touring across the state.
