The AP government has prepared a master plan to develop the Kanakadurga temple with a comprehensive plan of Rs 225 crores. A plan has been prepared to repair the temple of Ammavari without causing any inconvenience to the devotees. CM Jagan laid the foundation stone for many development programs.

On the other hand, due to frequent landslides, precautionary measures are being taken to prevent them from falling. A ramp will be constructed and brought into use for the unused queues.

The state government has allocated funds of Rs 70 crore for the development of Indrakiladri. The facilities will be improved with State Government funds as well as Devasthan funds. The development work will be done on the pattern of Tirumala Tirupati without any inconvenience to the devotees.

Development works will be done as per master plan. It was announced that there will be no demolition workers in the temple again. After the development works, a decision will be taken on the ghat road depending on the situation. Minister Kottu Satyanarayana revealed that the works will be completed within 18 months after the foundation stone is laid.

The CM laid the foundation stone for the construction of Annaprasada building with Rs 30 crores and Rs 27 crores for the construction of Prasadam Potu building with Rs 57 crores of state government funds.

Construction of elevated queue complex from Kanakadurga Nagar to Mahamandapam with Rs  13 crores

Rs 15 crores for the construction of stairs at the front of the Rajagopuram

Construction of additional queue complex south of Mahamandapam at a cost of Rs 23.50 crores

Construction of Maharaja Dwara at the entrance of Kanakadurganagar at a cost of Rs 7.75 crores

Development of Rajmarg from Kanakadurganagar to Mahamandapam at a cost of Rs 7.50 crores

Construction of puja mandap on the hill with Rs 7 crores

Rs 18.30 crores to convert the present Mallikarjuna Mahamandapa into Q complex

Rs 10 crores to convert the existing Goshala building into a multi-purpose facility complex

Rs 5 crore construction of a granite stone yagashala on the hill

Rs 33 crores in Devasthanam-Private partnership

Construction of multilevel car parking at Kanakadurga Nagar will be undertaken at a cost of Rs 33 crores.
