The AP High Court has once again made it clear that the earlier orders not to participate in political rallies will continue. The High Court rejected CID’s request to appoint two DSPs to investigate Chandrababu Naidu’s activities. The court also decided that the previous orders not to talk to the media about the Skill case will continue. Senior advocate Dhammalapati Srinivas on behalf of Chandrababu and AAG Ponnavolu Sudhakar on behalf of AP CID heard arguments on this petition.

AP CID’s counsel brought to the attention of the court that it took 14 hours for Chandrababu to reach Vijayawada from Rajahmundry Jail. However, Chandrababu Naidu did not get off the car at this time. Chandrababu’s lawyer countered CID’s claim that party workers and people came to see Chandrababu when he came out of jail.

AP CID’s lawyer brought to the attention of the court that Chandrababu had spoken to the media when he was released from Rajahmundry Jail. Dhammalapati Srinivas told the court that Chandrababu had spoken to the media that he would not do anything wrong. Taking into consideration the arguments of both the parties, the AP High Court announced its verdict on the CID petition today.
