The High Court has directed the Bench Registry to transfer the PIL filed by Undavalli Arun Kumar to another bench to hand over the investigation of the AP Skill Development case to the CBI. Former Rajahmundry MP Undavalli Arun Kumar filed a PIL in the AP High Court on 22nd of this month.  

In that plea, he asked that the AP Skill Development case should be investigated with the CBI and not with the CID. A hearing was to be held on this petition in the AP High Court today. However, Justice Raghunandan Rao came before the judge on this petition. But Judge Raghunandan Rao said that this petition should be transferred to another bench. The High Court Registry will decide which bench will hear this petition. This matter will be clarified today and tomorrow.

Undavalli Arun Kumar stated that there are inter-state issues in this scam. Arun Kumar opined in the petition that this is a serious financial crime. They asked to investigate this with the CBI. Undavalli Arun Kumar mentioned in the petition that the case is being investigated by the ED.

AP CID arrested TDP chief Chandrababu on 9th of this month in AP Skill Development case. He is in Rajahmundry Jail in this case. Chandrababu judicial remand till 5th of next month by ACB court. But Chandrababu is alleging that this case was made against him with political malice.
 However, Undavalli Arun Kumar opined that it would be better to investigate the case impartially with the CBI.

Meanwhile, Chandrababu has filed a special level petition in the Supreme Court seeking to cancel the remand along with the FIR registered against him in the AP Skill Development case.
