The actor accolades for his performance in recently released movie Badhaai Ho by the critics and the audiences alike. Badhaai Ho has become Ayushman Khurrana’s first movie to cross the Rs 100 Cr mark. Baahubali 2 starring Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannah Bhatia and Ramy Krishna.
Badhaai Ho which was released in October is reportedly running in its 6th week at the theatres and it collected over Rs 3.95 Cr. With this the total collection of Ayushmann Khurrana’s starrer has reached Rs 132.35 Cr at the box office and surprisingly, it has taken over Baahubali 2: The Conclusion’s 6th week collection which was about Rs 2.90 Cr.
Badhaai Ho directed by Amit Sharma and jointly produced by Vineet Jain, Aleya Sen, Hemant Bhandari, Amit Ravindernath Sharma, Sushil choudhary, Priti Sahani under the banner of Junglee Pictures and Chrome Pictures. Apart from Ayushmann Khurrana, the film has other stars like Sanya Malhotra, Neena Gupta and Gajraj Rao in the leading roles.
