Beast Box Office Collections: Beast starring Vijay and Pooja Hegde starrer was released on yesterday on 13th April and received the mixed response by the movie lovers and critics from each corners. According to the traders report, Beast has collected Rs 26.40 C gross from Tamil Naidu on 1st day. It is the 2nd best for Vijay and 5th highest opener in the state.

The movie has minted Rs 26.40 cr gross from TN on Day 1. 2nd best for actor Vijay, overall 5th highest opener in the state. Due to negative WoM, the film faced downtrend in evening & night shows.
The movie lovers are expecting a dip in its performance from 2nd day. With the threat of Yash and Sanjay Dutt starrer KGF: Chapter 2 too looming large from the 14th of April and the film owning close to 45 percent of the theatre space in Tamil Nadu, there could be a prominent dent in Beast’s box office run.
Helmed by Nelson and produced by Kalanithi Maran, the movie also has filmmaker Selvaraghavan, Yogi Babu, Redin Kingsley, and others in the important roles.
