AP government has refused to increase the ticket prices of Bhola Shankar‘s movie. The permission was not given because the necessary details were not submitted to the state government. It has been reminded that there is no discrimination in this and earlier ticket prices of Acharya and Waltair Veerayya  films were allowed to increase.

The state government announced on Thursday that it has asked the film production company Adventure International Pvt Ltd to provide various documents and documents necessary to allow the increase in ticket prices of Chiranjeevi’s latest film Bhola Shankar, but they have not been submitted so far.

The film production company said they had sent a petition to the AP State Film, TV and Drama Development Corporation on July 30 seeking permission to increase the ticket price. On the 2nd day, a reply was given seeking clarification on several issues. According to the government’s order, apart from the remuneration of the hero, heroine and director, it has been informed through a letter on August 2 that along with an affidavit related to the cost of production, production and post-production of the film exceeding Rs 100 crores, GST payments, 20 percent of the length of the film after the completion of the censor, certification documents related to filming in AP, etc.

In fact, either the producer or the production house has to register their movie  with the Corporation at least 10 days prior to the date of commencement of the shooting of the film.

The government says that the film production company has not submitted any documents like production cost affidavit, GST payments, tax returns, invoices, bank statements.
