Political mobilization has changed in Bhadradri Kothagudem district. Former MP Ponguleti, who had joined the Congress after disagreeing with BRS, was shocked by his follower Dr Tellam Venkatarao. Tellam Venkatarao is ready to join BRS party. He joined Congress on 2nd of last month in the presence of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in Delhi. Before that, he was in-charge of Bhadrachalam Constituency BRS. As there was no assurance of candidacy in the Congress, Dr Tellam Venkatarao is ready to join BRS again. He officially announced that he is going back to BRS.
Tellam Venkatarao said through a video message that he going back to BRS because he does not like Congress’s ideologies
Venkatarao was unhappy with the lack of assurance from the leadership of the Congress party on the assembly ticket and the lack of proper response from former MP Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy. Venkatarao’s followers say that Minister Harishrao has assured Venkatarao that he will be given Bhadrachalam Assembly ticket.

Ponguleti said, Brahmaiah came to Bhadrachalam and held talks with Venkatarao. It is learned that Venkatarao has made it clear that this is his last chance and it is important to contest the elections. He decided to go after getting assurance of candidature from BRS. However, his relatives are saying that he will come to BRS only if he is guaranteed a ticket.
