Congress party got a shock during the Telangana assembly elections. Recently senior leader and TPCC Vice President Gali Anil Kumar also said goodbye to the Congress party. Gali Anil Kumar announced that he resigned from the Congress party. He sent his resignation letter to AICC president Mallikarjuna Kharge. He said that even though he worked hard for the development of the Congress party, he did not get proper recognition. In his resignation letter, he stated that he had worked for the party and suffered in every way.
“Recent developments in my case have seriously disturbed my fans and activists. Many people came to me and expressed their grievances that their sentiments were hurt by the way the party treated me. Those who have worked sincerely for the Congress party are not getting proper guidance in the party. I worked hard for the party and lost in every way. In a letter to Kharge, Anil Kumar said, “I am resigning from the basic membership and positions of the Congress party, respecting the pressure and sentiments of my workers and fans.”
Also, Anil Kumar expected Congress party ticket from Narsapur. But he was unhappy as the Congress leadership did not allocate him a ticket. In this order, Gali Anil Kumar held a meeting with his followers and decided to resign from the Congress party. But the stage is set for Gali Anil Kumar to join BRS. It is reported that Gali Anil Kumar will wear a pink scarf in the presence of BRS Party Working President KTR tomorrow.
