BJP National President JP Nadda suggested that the party should be prepared with the aim of winning whenever the elections are held. He suggested that efforts should be made to strengthen the BJP in the southern states.  An important meeting was held at the party office with the state presidents and in-charges of southern states and Union Territories. The main discussion was on strengthening the BJP in the states of Telangana, AP, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Puducherry.

JP Nadda suggested that Telangana, where assembly elections will be held this year, and Andhra Pradesh, where elections will be held next year, should be successful. He directed the party leaders that it is necessary to achieve maximum number of seats in the southern states as well as Union Territories. The Top BJP leaders discussed at length why BJP’s strategies which are successful in the northern states are not giving good results in the southern states.

JP Nadda suggested that all the leaders should move forward together with the aim of winning the Telangana Legislative Assembly elections. He made it clear that all the leaders should adhere to discipline and not harm the party by making mutual accusations under any circumstances. He made it clear that such things will not be tolerated.

JP Nadda had a special meeting with state BJP leaders at Novatel in Shamshabad on Sunday night. Key leaders including Kishan Reddy, Prakash Javadekar, Tarun Chugh, Sunil Bansal, Bandi Sanjay, K. Lakshman, Eatala Rajender, DK Aruna, Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy participated in this meeting.

 Nadda has suggested to all of them that the aim is to win the upcoming elections and to put aside all disputes and move forward together.
