According to film trade analyst and critic Brahmastra has crossed around Rs 50 Cr plus from the global box office on its release day. The movie stars Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, Nagarjuna and Dimple Kapadia in pivotal roles. Positive word of mouth, impressive VFX, the music, and the star cast appear to have helped the movie.
According to the traders, the film earned Rs 32 cr alone with the Hindi version and roughly Rs 4-5 cr from the other languages. It’s interesting to note that spot bookings will bring in more money and that second day reservations are excellent. The traders are saying that the movie should easily surpass Rs 100 cr in its opening weekend.
